Storyline 360 · Compliance
A clinic's 94% quiz pass rate was hiding a 22% spike in incident reports. I rebuilt the training around real decisions — not rules — using branching scenarios in Storyline 360.
Rise 360 · Microlearning
A 42-slide PowerPoint trained call center agents twice a year — and still failed them under pressure. I redesigned it as three 3-minute modules agents can access in the moment they need it.
How I Work
I start with the business problem — not the content. Needs assessment, stakeholder interviews, gap analysis.
Learning objectives tied to performance outcomes. Storyboards, scripts, and interaction maps before a single slide is built.
Scenario-based modules, branching decisions, job aids, and microlearning — built to the environment learners actually work in.
Kirkpatrick L1–4 evaluation baked into every project. I measure behavior change, not just quiz scores.
